Woke up this morning to find out that I didn't have to go in to work. I'm a teacher, and the district I work for doesn't take MLK day off, but we got an ice day anyway! I started off my day well - worked out, played a little Wii. Problems started when DH woke up and made french toast and sausage for breakfast :( Oh well, I think I made fairly good decisions the rest of the day (with the exception of that Cinnamon Dolce Latte, hmmm). Anyway, today will be my high point day and the rest of the week I should be able to stay on track since I'll be back to school.
Managed to get my milk and oils in today, as well as all my water. My plans for the rest of the week are to continue getting those in, exercise, and try not to use any more of my flex points for the week.
Thought for today: Remember that life is a journey, not a destination .... so stop running!

Hello Laner,
I found my way onto your site from BAK. Indeed life is the journey and every moment counts. I like your web page. I've signed on for BAK as a first timer. My home is Pennsylvania but I was born in Kansas City and lived in Prairie Village in my early youth. I've done some major tours in Maryland, Cycle across Maryland (CAM). Seagull Century, a one day Century event, from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Maryland out to Assateque Istand on the Atlantic Ocean and back, is also a favorite. I also roll up the miles on the Great Allegheny Passage, a rail to Trails from Pittsburgh to Washigton, D.C.. It goes through Somerset County, PA. I have not been back to Kansas in 49 years!! So this will be exciting journey for me to look forward to doing. I've signed into BAK as Star. Whenever I've had a excercise day, that is also a "Star" day.
